Seven things you can do to improve sales that won't break the bank!
- Refresh your homepage by making it work harder for you
- Experiment with Pay-per-click advertising, it’s cheap and easy to get started and if it doesn’t work you can change or stop it immediately
- Revisit your Search Engine Optimization, SEO often gets left on the shelf – perhaps its time to dust it off and give it a shake up?
- Start some innovative email campaigns – email your clients with some exciting offers or industry knowledge (do they know everything you do, or have you been pigeon-holed?)
- Get on YouTube! Create an exciting video of your products or services and promote it online – you can then embed the video on your website too!
- Be sociable! If your business relies on a large consumer customer base, try meeting with them on social networking sites Twitter or Facebook
- Get writing. One of the best new business tools is still the trusty personal letter – so don’t be shy. Get scribbling!
